Hi guys, This is to give you an idea of what my new incoming unit will look like. the specification are as follows:
1) It has 4 Bedrooms 4 Toilet and bath, 2 car garage.
2) Masters toilet and bathh has it own bathtub.
3) Floor area is 170 square meters and is expandable to 205 to 210 due to attic provision.
4) 2nd floor is made of solid concrete slab "Buhos".
5) Bedrooms are huge, masters bedroom size is comparable to a hotel suite.
6) Wood Parquet flooring (narra) is used for the 2nd floor.
7) Solid Granite are installed on kitchen counters and bathroom sink table tops.
8) Its walking distance to the main clubhouse which has complete sports amenities
like a swimming pool, Tennis courts, basketball courts, mini gym, function rooms.
9)Each unit has its own individual firewall. Its not a shared firewall that why we term it as a
single attached unit.
10) Its walking distance around 100 meters away to the main transportation depo makes it very accessible to to go thru and fro the village.
11) Its is electrical systems like wires used are of the best quality wire available locally
(Phelps Dodge brand) which are of high international standards.
12) We use grade 40 for our steel bars specially for our 16mm and 12mm.. this grade is usually used for buildings since it has greater steel strenght.
13) It is supplied with a pressurized water tank to ensure high water pressure at all times.
14) It is situated in a new phase of the village very near the clubhouse to which all the houses beside it is all brand new. thats why the neighborhood houses are all brand new.
