RENTING OUT your own condominium unit is a fairly sure way to live a life of leisure even before the age of retirement. Rent payments come in without fail, as constant as the waxing and waning of the moon. Truly, in times of volatile economy, you feel so blessed to own such a stable income-generating property.

Accidents do happen. Our common understanding of it is that any injury or damage as a consequence of an accident is not compensable, but a matter of fate. We view accidents as something unexpected, unavoidable and unintentional. Good faith is a given.

Your developer may, by chance, have a good reason for failing to deliver on its promise now, but what about next time? Whether you let this pass is all up to you -- at the least, do have everything in blac |
